Caravel is now progressing with more advanced feasibility studies . The initial phase of this work is expected to be completed in late 2019.
The primary focus of the feasibility phase will be advancing resource, mining and metallurgical studies. These studies will also allow more detailed assessment of power, water and infrastructure requirements. The feasibility study phase will also investigate the wider environmental and social aspects of the project which are critical to its future success. As part of this, Caravel is continuing discussions with landholders, local governments and community groups. Caravel is utilising a small in-house project team and various specialist external consultants and advisors to undertake this work.
