Management is responsible for the Company’s day-to-day operations, proposing its strategic direction and presenting budgets to the Board and implementing the strategy approved by the Board.

The Board of Directors has established a number of policies, frameworks and statements including a Corporate Governance Framework, Code of Conduct Policy and Board Charter which sets out how the Board will function.
