Health

Our health initiatives focus on:
- Monitoring and managing occupational health risks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health legislation and industry standards
- Providing health training, resources, and protective equipment
- Promoting early reporting of health-related concerns or incidents
We continuously review and improve our health management systems to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all.
Safety
Safety is a core value of our business. We believe that all injuries are preventable, and a strong safety culture is essential to the success of our operations.
Our safety commitments include:
- Maintaining robust safety systems and procedures across all project activities
- Conducting regular risk assessments and safety training
- Empowering all team members to stop work if they identify unsafe conditions
- Striving for zero harm through continuous improvement and learning
We hold ourselves accountable to the highest safety standards and actively involve our workforce in shaping safe work practices.
At the end of FY25 (30 June 2025), our business activities recorded the following
- Zero harm achieved with no recordable injuries or fatalities
- 3,418 fieldwork hours safely completed
- Exploration and Project Development ESMS developed and audited
Wellbeing
We recognise that health and safety go beyond physical risks. Supporting the mental and emotional wellbeing of our people is a priority.
